What do I do wrong in my cosplay reels on Instagram?

Hi guys, I'm pretty new to cosplay and also content creation in cosplay theme. It started as fun but I want to grow my social media accounts. My videos perform pretty good for a beginner at TikTok and YouTube (more or less). On Instagram it was peak a month ago (got high engagement rate, many followers) but now I have the feeling that Instagram's algorithm does not want to promote my videos anymore. The views get lower and lower. I noticed that that the skip rate is much higher than in the "older" videos maybe that is the main cause. But I can't figure out why. I already now the rules that the hook has to be good, and make it colorful and powerful etc. But I'm really blind about what I can improve. My followers also don't know what to improve (those that I ask, and also only they give answers when I make a story post).

The skip rate on older videos were about 30-45 %. I'm really desperate about Instagram. :(( Can you maybe give me some advice what I could improve on those videos?
