TikTok scrolling experience has become terrible

TikTok used to be the one social media app where you didn’t have to deal with ads and pop-ups too much. You could just scroll past them without them being a huge interruption. But lately, I’ve noticed that the ads and other random interruptions have increased dramatically.

Most importantly, the FYP now feels like: two normal videos → a LIVE you have to scroll past → an ad → maybe two normal videos → some BS AI-slop series (seriously, what the hell is this and why is it being pushed everywhere? I genuinely can’t find any online discourse about it)

And it’s not just the ads. My FYP is also increasingly filled with videos with barely any likes that I have to immediately scroll past. There’s just so much low-quality or completely irrelevant content being pushed that you have to dig through tons of crap to actually find something you want to watch. Which shouldn't be the point.

It’s honestly ruined a lot of what made TikTok enjoyable in the first place. The constant ads, Lives, AI slop, and random low-engagement content make scrolling feel way more interrupted and tedious than it used to.

Any people that runs 100 to 10k followers pages (any social media)?

Hey all, I own a business that involves many clients that promote their product, art or website with TikTok (also Instagram, Youtube and Facebook). I want to offer them a way to post their content, or to get content created and posted for them on existing TikTok pages. Basically you got pages in a specific theme (sport, anime, cinema, culture, memes...) and you rent it for a specific period of time. You get paid every month, and all you have to do is basically connecting the account once to our system. You can opt-out anytime you want, you keep the full ownership of the account. That's basically a way to monetize your pages passively. For now I'm doing it myself with my own pages (3 tiktok pages with 500 to 3k followers, and 1 6k subscribers Youtube channel), I made around $800 renting these for less than a month.
