Hello! I am trying to branch out into social media management. I am an admin for a realtor who’s been in the business for 15+ years. I have no idea where to start! I’ve been gathering info and learning about how to make it and gain followers on Instagram, etc, but being able to translate that into what works for realtors in general has been more challenging. I also don’t have as much experience as my boss, so knowing what to post and the content of the post is an issue. If she tells me all the ins and outs of each post, it’s like she’s doing the work and my job is obsolete.

How do I solve this? Do I take courses of some sort? Whether that be for social media, realtors, or both? How do I make quality content without having the know how and experience that she has?

Any people that runs 100 to 10k followers pages (any social media)?

Hey all, I own a business that involves many clients that promote their product, art or website with TikTok (also Instagram, Youtube and Facebook). I want to offer them a way to post their content, or to get content created and posted for them on existing TikTok pages. Basically you got pages in a specific theme (sport, anime, cinema, culture, memes...) and you rent it for a specific period of time. You get paid every month, and all you have to do is basically connecting the account once to our system. You can opt-out anytime you want, you keep the full ownership of the account. That's basically a way to monetize your pages passively. For now I'm doing it myself with my own pages (3 tiktok pages with 500 to 3k followers, and 1 6k subscribers Youtube channel), I made around $800 renting these for less than a month.
