I’m an English teacher who ran debates this week. This guy was entertaining, factual and quoted verifiable evidence. Anyone know the verdict ? I hate paperwork like this guy too.

Reminds me of the recent case where an officer ticketed a woman for driving with a cell phone in her right hand.

She doesn’t have a right hand and showed him that on the scene and she still had to go to court to fight it.

Love this guy.

His point about undue burden is so important

They skirt the issue by making it a non moving violation against the vehicle and not the driver like a parking ticket. No one has to pull you over.

It was against the car and not the person and so goes to the registered owner.

Not saying it's right - just how they get away with it.
