Our HOA has 2 rules ... Resident's can not park in the guest parking and use it like it's yours and don't leave your trash bin outside, must be stored in your garage and yet, ppl complain that the HOA board are nazi's for enforceing those 2 rules. how would they like to live here? lol

I have an HOA and they handle this landscaping. I have a small garden I can plant things in if I want. It’s not really my thing so they keep whatever is in there cut back.
