Deleted snap, Facebook and instagram a while ago. I felt the same when I first did it, you’ll eventually find other things to occupy your time but something I did was to try doing productive tasks that I’d avoid doing. I also thought about what I actually used social media for, and my answer always came down to just avoiding doing certain things or avoiding certain feelings. I think once you realize that, you also realize you could spend your time doing better things then scrolling or texting constantly.
