Gina Kasoff has 5 real children that already adult. She started the channel as a satire but ended up making 200k per year so she keeps doing it. At least that's what che claimed. Her family is supportive. Her husband is the cameraman and can be seen in some of the videos.

She’s very transparent about this being for fun. Her children are all grown and have left the house. She makes these videos as a form of art, giving the kids shitty personalities and all. She knows they aren’t real. She just likes dolls and thinks making scripts and acting with them is fun. It’s not that deep guys and cringe is just cringe. She’s being herself and having fun and making some money while doing it. No harm.
