Incorrect. As someone who has worked there, here's the problem with this video.

1. training at all.

(hahahaha) I was trained on one station and then asked to cover all the others by guesswork. They train you for like one day, maybe.

2. Someone manning the fry station

No, someone else doing an entire other station throws the fries in, then they sit in the oil too long as there's no one to pick them up, then they get over-salted, then they sit in the fry station until they're 20 minutes old, then they get salted again and served cold.

3. Any concern by management how things are done

Shift managers get paid to sit in the office and ignore issues.
