I've commented already but for those saying "she's faking it" or "tourettes doesn't look like this" take the time to look at her socials the name is there in the video bit just that but look into tourettes and how it is almost unique to each person, worse it times fo stress etc.

I have diagnosed tourettes and it makes me so particularly mad when people romantisize it..Not because its hard for me or ruins my life, but its annoying and gross to do this
