I mean, wanting to take a nice photograph is an entirely different thing. It's photography. Social media can be seen like an art on its own. They look young too... cmon. It has always been a thing to try and take nice photos in certain places to upload to social media. Even before it was as extreme as it is today. At least it's something harmless and something to do.
