I feel so safe. God bless our power tripping security agents.

Just looks like a bit of a power play from the agent. I am not really sure of the possible justification she'd have for checking the journal. At most a quick flick through to ensure there's no illegal explicit drawings in there but even checking for that without cause feels a bit extreme.

That’s a disgusting power play. There can’t be any security concern from someone’s private journal

The agent is a horrible person

Valid crash out tbh

I’ve taken my diary and some other books and as much I hate how some of the airport security look down upon you and don’t see you as a human I’m glad none of them have read my diary. They really need to respect other people’s privacy sometimes.

I think I see the problem. Her last name is Awad. That’s an Arabic name.

*I don’t have a problem with that. The Trump administration has a problem with that.

Starts to ask for a supervisor and they dropped that notebook so fast.

Everyone likes a sense of control. This is an example of it. They put an inoperative door close button in elevators for that very reason. A sense of control satiates people. Makes them think they are participating in the universe, they have a function. In reality, it is irrelevant if they existed or not and, what terrifies them the most, that there is no meaning to life.

Why do people think saying the same thing over and over will do anything when it didn’t the first 7 times?
