Are Instagram growth services actually worth it long term?

I’ve been trying to be more consistent on Instagram lately, but keeping up with trends, hashtags, posting, engagement, all of it gets tiring pretty fast.

I started looking into a few growth services mostly out of curiosity. PathSocial was one of the names I came across, but I’m still not sure if using something like that is actually worth it compared to just putting the same budget into better content or ads.

Has anyone here tried Instagram growth services before? Did you actually notice a difference after a while?

I’m more curious about the quality of the followers than the number itself. Like, were they actually engaging with your posts later on, or did it mostly just make the follower count look better?

I haven’t tried to pay for views, follows or likes i just try to be consistent with posts especially reels. try to treat it like tiktok where you’d basically have to spam the platform so it will push your content into other algorithms
