If you're a normal person and do what Diddy, Harvey Weinstein, or Bill Cosby did you get a much harsher punishment usually. It isn't about the crime, it's about money and fame.

Prison sentences are always strange. They might be worth comparison for similar crimes, but nothing else.

As an example, you can get longer sentences for drug smuggling than for manslaughter

Elections have consequences. Resisting at the ballot box is 100X better than trying to do it afterward.
