I've been struggling with many issues in regards to Rednote/Redshop consolidation services to the UK. Today's issue is:
How do I know which orders a consolidation charge covers?
This is the order screen for the charge. Three dots just brings up standard app menu and is not order specific. Rednote support is the AI who didn't seem to actually know how Rrednote App/Redshop works and couldn't help.
thank you
I had the same question since I bought my packages (also to the UK a few weeks ago)!! If you bought all your items via consolidation shipping, rather than direct, the price will be for all of their weights combined (initally you pay for the cost of all packages delivered to the warehouse with packaging, then during consolidation, this price is reduced, for me it was around 50-60% refunded), I think you can see which items you've chosen for consolidation in the 'all' menu thingy, but I may be wrong there. If I'm mis-interpreting your question, I'd genuinely be willing to help,, I had such a faff sorting my packages out
Hey guys not sure if I’m the only person who’s been randomly restricted. I have no violations on my account yet I was just randomly restricted an required to do a security protection verification. I should also add that this would be impossible for me to complete considering I am from another country.
Does anyone know any tools to download videos on resnote with best resolution? I used to use yt-dlp but it seemed like that’s not working anymore since rednote force to loged in and the yt-dlp cant read that script I have tried other tools online but still prefer yt-dlp if anyone know how to fix it Thanks a lot
Got restricted for 3 months. Mentioned some contact info in the comments in one of my posts and now they won’t lift the ban. I tried appeal in app and then through their support email for the past week. Nothing works. How did you guys do it? Any tips? -even though they banned me for some restrictions rule 6 or like makes my account unable to post or speak in chat. But what’s with the main page disappearance? That is just so annoying…
Some good news for people who are panicking about seemingly random restrictions. I got restricted this afternoon (3pm CEST) and it's already been lifted! All I had to do was appeal. Hopefully more of you can have experiences like this, but hope isn't lost! :)
