That's how we all are! Every single one is completely unique! Happy or grumpy, adorable or oogly, puppy or ancient old fella, they're all super special because they're new clients or they're super special because they're clients we've see before!

If you don't feel that way you won't be sticking with the job because some parts of it can be rough but the joy of being involved with the animals is what has us there, we would honestly do it all day for free if it weren't for bills and such.

If you don't feel the same way you really don't belong in the business.
