It looks like she’s just practicing the motions without full contact to me 🤷 probably a beginner class where they don’t want a bunch if unpracticed clumsy newbs throwing real moves at people yet
I mean she's up and doing something active instead of making fun of people on the internet.
Yeah that's an adult beginners class from the look of it.
A lot of mean people on the internet.
This isn't sparring. It's probably one exercise of many during a practice.
I think some people are just trying to move more....
“Do something active and productive” when she literally left her house to do a martial art 🙃 We don’t know how much experience she has, it could easily be one of her first few lessons. No beginner is ever expected to be a professional fighter day one. There’s literally NOTHING wrong with building someone’s confidence. I’m sure she knows what she’s actually capable of and feels like she’s found a community that accepts her. People in the comments just have a problem with her being fat but have nothing actually productive to say about it.
Steven Seagal would like a word
God bless her she is getting exercise and the dude working with her is helping another human, feel good moment.
It's important to practice the movement before you do it properly, what's the issue
We used to train like this for judo too
