I came across this creator today and wow..its A LOT to unpack.
I am also disabled and can confidently say that shyyy.cat is really not a good representation of the disabled community and is actually pretty toxic.

This video was about how she didn't want to take off her fake nails for ankle surgery and the registration clerk told her that she can keep them on.
I've had multiple surgeries, currently recovering from neurosurgery and have been told no nail polish, fake nails, or hair products in my hair.
She's a train wreck that I can't stop watching lol. She's always complaining about how she has $0 to her name and there's no job in the world she could possibly work. A couple weeks ago she had the bright idea to make keychains and sell them online and first of all, the keychains look like something a 10-year-old would make. Second of all, she offered to ship them free and and for some reason thought that meant the shipping was just... Free? She didn't realize that meant SHE had to pay for shipping lol. In the end I think she ended up actually losing money on the whole endeavor.
I just can't imagine being that hard up for money and not doing the slightest bit of research into what your little online store is going to cost vs what you think you can make

i’ve never seen anyone all smiles prior to surgery until her dumb video came on my fyp yesterday. she was REVELING in the attention, then immediately post surgery with her amazon list of medical supplies.

IMO she lives in a constant state of discomfort because she doesn’t take care of herself very well, and she’s equating that discomfort to chronic illnesses. I’ve known a lot of people like her. All of her problems would probably go away if she took better care of herself, including getting exercise. And that doesn’t mean working out. It means going places and walking around, getting a job where she has to move her body and use her muscles to pick things up. She’s also suffering from a severe case of learned helplessness. She thinks everything has to be easy and when it’s not she deems it impossible. She’s insufferable.

I am also disabled and people like her are the reason I don't like to discuss it because I assume this is what people think I'm like. It's a double edge sword with her because on one end she does cause/ egg on controversy and makes it worse. But on the other end, the fact that people just find things to nit-pick her about (I.e. her nail polish) and are bullying her just to bully her. She comes up on my fyp and I read the comments but I will only quietly spectate lol.
Anyone watch her? Came across her around this time last year. She was about 8 months pregnant with her 2nd kid and homeless. People were paying for her, baby daddy and son to stay in a hotel, buying thousands of dollars worth of materials to make their tiny house livable (dry wall, flooring, bathtub, literally Everything), and tons of money for them to eat out multiple times a day. After a couple months they moved out of the tiny house into her brothers, tiny house was repossessed. They also had people donated towards a car and that was repossessed.They pretty much just stay online and beg while everyone pays for everything while they stay eating expensive foods like lobster, crab legs, steak etc. Kids go without basics like clothes. She’s on probation for trying to run over her boyfriend (another thing people donated towards was her probation costs?).I wish I would’ve been clipping their lives. I can’t believe I can’t find any posts on them. A few weeks ago she was saying she was pregnant, now if you ask about the pregnancy you get blocked. I think it was a lie to get people to gift/send them money. People just donated $2300 so they could get into a house. It’s insane!

First of all I want to say that it sounds like this family has an incredibly difficult life, and I wish them the best. It REALLY bothers me how this creator went from advocating for autonomy and privacy of children and teens (when she was fostering) to putting literally every single detail of her medically fragile and complex son online. This baby boy is profoundly disabled, and will likely never be able to consent to his medical info being plasterd all over every platform nor will he be able to advocate for himself. She posts pics and videos of him in the hospital at his most vulnerable. It just feels SO icky. There are ways for her to share her experience and journey without exploiting her 8 month old. I used to really like her, I just can't wrap my head around her thinking on this.
Hi, I've been following Dawn for a while (since her classroom birthday baskets and blessing pantry) and she is known best for going a bit wild and over the top with Angel Tree at Christmas time. Now she's doing community pantry restocks and stuff like that. Anyway I subscribed just a few days before she went radio silent. I saw her subscribers only post about making mistakes and that there was drama in the subscribers only discord (which I wasn't part of). Since then, she has deleted her post and the post before that, and possibly other things further down her feed. Does anyone here know what happened in the discord and what's going on now? Seems quite strange for her to go missing for over a week when she was posting multiple times a day.

The poor baby was absolutely terrified and being handled SO roughly. Maybe more- I couldn’t bear to watch it, but occasionally went back as I hoped the dog was okay. Was this streamer going to try to help? His account was banned. I am heartbroken to have seen that. I hope the dog is okay…
