All of my vids on both my main and my second TikTok account are both low in views. My main account has been that way for six months, and my second account just recently started doing it. I do not know what to do. I have emailed, reported, done everything everyone has told me to do, and I still get nothing. Anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

new account unable to do anything

i just made a tiktok account (i've never had one before) and i'm unable to do anything beyond watching and liking videos. i cannot follow anyone, or change my name or profile picture. it's been about 12 hours since i made my account... is this normal?
