My account I've had for 7,5 years got hacked and customer support still can't give it back after I've provided them with everything they've asked and details about the contents on the account only i could possibly know. They won't tell me what information they are still missing (they seem like automated replies). I don't understand what I'm supposed to do. The account means so much to me
lost my account a couple years back and it was the same runaround, automated replies for weeks straight. what finally worked was finding the right support form buried on their site, not the in-app one. the app form just loops you in circles
took me like 3 tries before a real person actually read what i sent
It’s not that I even posted often or had specific mutuals, but it’s like 80% of the world just disappeared. Like, I just got a book off hold at the library and I know ppl on booktok would understand my excitement. Now I don’t know who to share it with now😿
Post a shop video or just a generic video with a product, it get s crushed...zero views. Same/similar video...no product, it will instantly start getting views. I am so confused on what is going on. Even my bad videos see about 50 views. Like this is why I feel like giving up some days on Tiktok
I saw this cottage cheese pizza recipe on tik tok, forgot to save it and went to search for it. Why does this keep popping up???? It won’t even let me find the recipe.
