I'm sure her house is very grey/black/white, but I don't really believe there isn't a filter on this. If she could hold up something with color to see the contrast then I could believe it.

I’m certain this is a black and white filter. She might be in a primarily grey scale area but the hues are too crushed and consistent across various things

Calling serious bullshit. Almost all grey has a little color. The bones should have subtle warm tones, the lighting should too. The slight color variation in the fabric, paint and fur would all be revealed under neutral lighting. Find three grey things in your house and snap a picture in front of a white wall and try to get the same result.
