I saw a video where someone had actual toggles on their beauty filter that could do several things like change the size of your lips, nose, etc. I’ve never had that option. It’s either on or off. There’s no toggling it. Does anyone know why that is? Why do some people have it and some people don’t? I would like the option.

0:42it's rare but sometimes when I scroll, just when I start to move the video to see the one under it, weird clips pop up over the video I'm scrolling. It's always unrecognizable and kind of spinning. There's no sound and when I take my finger off the screen the video goes away like shown in this clip. Tell my what it could be, PLEASE.
I’ve been trying to find the speed button on here while editing a post but i can’t find it on pc and idk how to transfer the vid to my phone either. Does anyone know if it’s even on pc i don’t see it
