I mean he’s not wrong.

I just started lifting again in my 50’s and feel great!

Recovery gets harder the older you get. And things just break for no reason.

Yeah he lifts naturally so chances are higher that you get to keep your hair than if you did Roids

I mean, while this is true, there are a ton of other factors that pile up too

Being able to keep the same metabolism requires the same amount of work, but now that work is harder to do and takes longer to recover from and creates injury easier.. hormones drop etc.. but I'm glad he out there gettin it, just not so much with the science

Sean is great, doesn't push nonsense, gives actionable advice with data and experience to back it up

There’s a lot of things like this.

I played video games way toooo much in one period of my life and I used to coach ‘older’ people 25+ - 50 and they’d constantly blame everything on reaction time.

It really doesn’t decline that much with age at all until you really start hitting oap territory

But he also has shit to sell you so please ignore his PEDs usage!

Am I the only one who thinks the hairline looks like a hair transplant? I find when it’s too uniform looking it doesn’t look natural. Also looks dyed.
