I’m brown and my face gets SO RED when I go for a run 😭

My hair gets all frazzled and my face turns a blotchy red color but I don’t actually sweat that badly, so I feel like I don’t even look like a runner I just look crazed 💀

I was at the gym last night. There was quite an attractive woman there, doing a super-set of Bulgarian Split Squats and thumb day.

In the time it took her to do 3 sets, I'd done two and a half exercises. 3 sets of seated shoulder press, 3 sets of barbell curls, and halfway done 4 sets of iso rows, with 90 seconds between sets.

My suspicion is the original 'runner' was working about as hard as chicky doing thumb days was, and the second runner was working about as hard as I was. It takes all kinds, I suppose.

Why wear makeup when exercising? Doesn't that shit just run everywhere?

I don’t think she ever left the house, let alone went for a run. 😂
