How do I contact TikTok

So recently a video was posted of our son who is 7 and has some disabilities. This post was put up without our consent and shows him in his underwear in a vulnerable position. It highlights his disability

We have worked hard to keep anything about him off social media, and it’s not out story to tell it’s his.

We have attempted to highlight this to TikTok but they have told us basically it’s fine and nothing will be done.

Does anybody have any suggestions?
