why does this keep happening to my posts..?

its been 6 HOURS since ive seen it go up by one. i posted this video 12 hours ago. im an artist that recently created an account on here and for whatever reason its like TikTok decides "nobody gaf so why should anybody see it". hard stopping me from any sort of growth. is there something im doing wrong? how am i supposed to progress my reach when tik tok puts it back on the highest shelf before it takes off :/
