promoting your posts has always been an option.. nobody is forcing you to pay to promote your posts. If your posts are doing bad, you probably don’t post anything worth interacting with.

I know someone who's daughter went viral, accumulated about 500K followers, money pouring in from her cosmetic/skincare links, now she is tanking in views. I wonder how much she's panicking since her husband quit his job and they just bought a 500K house. (they're under 30). They've been blowing and going in their newfound cash, and probably didn't think the end was for a long time. Now she's lucky to get 3K views on a video. Ouch.

Man they really just turned the whole app into a pay-to-play arcade machine huh. Can't wait to see someone drop $76 and gain 12 followers who are all bots named like xX_firegod_Xx
