Is there any way to resolve this issue? My appeal has already been rejected, and customer support told me that they do not have the authority to remove the restriction.
Has anyone experienced the same situation and successfully recovered their account? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. 🙏
Did you actually manage to reach a human customer support agent on Rednote, or did you just get an automated response from a bot? So far, I haven’t been able to find any way to contact a real human support agent.

I don't know if anyone else goes on Reels, but ever since this weekend, Reels has been randomly showing me content from Chinese creators and "pro China" content similar to XHS (i.e. "China's living in 2050" type stuff). It's not A LOT by any means, but when I'm on it, it's definitely 1 every 15 Reels or so. Maybe it's just happening to me (or to people like me who have accounts on both), but I didn't really get any Chinese content (from actual Chinese creators) before this. Of course, they're speaking English with an accent, but still. Anyway, thought that was funny, especially since I rarely go on Reels anymore since being on XHS.
I get that I'm probably part of the problem because I too am a tiktok refugee, but i hate logging onto xiaohongshu and just seeing all the same american tiktok creators on there. like no, show me the chinese content, i dont care about nmillz anymore

Hi, I ordered off Rednote's store and consolidation shipped it to my house. It's left customs but I have no last mile delivery number? How do I know when it's on it's way or delivered since the in-app tracking seems to lag? Thanks!
I had disable rednote from refreshing on settings, but it still keep on refreshing after I come back. I need it to stop refreshing sometimes because I want to scroll through more posts. Are there any other way to stop rednote from refreshing?
