I am trying to turn on 2-Step Verification inside the official TikTok app here in the US, but the app will not send the SMS verification code to my phone number. My email is already verified, but it won't let me finish setting up the extra security without the phone number working. I have already tried checking my spam and blocked text folders, turning off Wi-Fi to use cellular data, and double-checking my app permissions, but nothing has worked. If anyone else has dealt with this specific issue while trying to set up account security, how did you get the text message to actually send?

I tried reporting a bot’s comment and the option for spam isn’t there anymore… and now when you press the options it automatically reports it, doesn’t even let you specify which thing it is … anyone else? Am I missing something?
