Who knows what this is?
How are you actually tracking conversations about a brand that happened outside its own social accounts?
Likes, comments, and shares on your own posts are easy enough to track. But what I find much harder is everything happening elsewhere... Things like Reddit discussions, people mentioning the brand without tagging it, YouTube comments, posts on X, and conversations around competitors, etc. For people doing this professionally how much of that are you actually able to track? Are you using native search, social listening tools, APIs, OR monthly analytics? Curious what your setup looks like and where the biggest blind spots are...

@vibeasaslime aka mylifeasaslime admitted to being a racist and a PDF, fans still support him.
He admitted to being a PDF in his apology video, yet he is not being taken accountable. He apologized for grooming children and went straight back to posting vids like nothing ever happened.

Has this happened to anyone else?? I donāt understand what the issue was. I talked to rednote customer service and I guess the package was not okay for ācross border logisticsā?? But Iāve ordered other handmade squishies so not quite sure what the issue was. now Iām waiting to hear back from the seller for a refund I guess. Will they return the package back to the seller?
Should I create content on only one platform or is two platforms fine?
I'm looking to create content for my web design and development business. I want to go into video content, so I identified that YouTube & Instagram could be great channels (TikTok is banned in my country). Now, some people advise focusing on one platform before moving to the next. While some say to post on multiple platforms to cater to different audiences. Now I understand that every platform works differently and demands different stuff. Making a reel on Instagram will have a different process than making a YouTube video. But even if I have that understanding, should I go for one platform, or both? If one, then how to identify which one I should start on? Edit - typo
