Permanent ban on my account

Hi, I just signed up for a new (and my first) tiktok account yesterday and while I was setting up the username and DoB etc, i got a message saying my account has been taken down permanently for rules breaking. Idk what I did that led to this.

We are having no luck finding influencers, so anyone who can offer meaningful advice would be appreciated

We have a new penny auction platform and are trying to find social media influencers to help promote our brand. We don't have much of a budget, but we are willing to pay recurring commissions to influencers for the lifetime of the customers they are responsible for referring to us. Penny auction users are highly-engaged, repeat customers, so the earning potential for the influencers is significant and long-term. We have a real-time influencer portal built into our platform, enabling influencers to see statistics in real-time, including site visits, enrollments, earnings, and upcoming commission payouts. Based on this, we could really use help finding influencers, since we're not particularly savvy at this. Any guidance would be appreciated. We are not interested in paying hundreds of dollars a money to websites that act as brokers for influencers, so what can we do to find influencers and affiliates?

Why is BeauTV growing that much?

I just red an article in The economist about the impressive growth of online beauty entertainment aka BeauTV with more than 200m videos in TikTok with hashtags beautify skincare makeup, similar numbers in YouTube and Instagram. I have seen some of those videos, are good, but I want to know why are growing that much? Is it content created from brands or is organic and brands are trying to participate? Btw I am part of the chief ai officer program at Silicon Valley Certification Hub and this is not promotion.
