spiny crafting question
i was thinking about crafting a new talisman and was wondering how to get the % increased physical damage on it? how should i got about crafting it. or should i sell it instead?

Get lucky is basically all you can do. Selling is out of the question because of the item level.
You could try fracture the t1 flat and roll for % phys but probably not worth doing

Just hit the fracture and it's a pretty easy craft after that really
