How do I verify my account?
To verify your account, go to Settings > Account > Verification. Follow the steps to submit your verification documents. The process usually takes 1-2 business days.
Can't log in to my account
If you're having trouble logging in, try resetting your password. Make sure you're using the correct email address and check your internet connection. For persistent issues, contact support.
How to reset my password?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login screen, enter your email address, and follow the instructions sent to your email. For security, the reset link expires in 24 hours.
How to change language settings?
You can change your language settings in the app by going to Settings > Language & Region. Select your preferred language from the available options.
What content is allowed on RedNote?
RedNote welcomes authentic lifestyle content that follows our community guidelines. This includes fashion, food, travel, beauty, and creative works. Prohibited content includes harmful, illegal, or inappropriate material.
How to report inappropriate content?
To report content, click the three dots (...) on the post or profile, select 'Report', choose the reason for reporting, and submit. Our team will review the report within 24 hours.
