"Under Review"- Something Sketchy.

I saw a video on TikTok a few minutes ago. It was a woman pointing out something upsetting Trump's saying about winning the election, something with Elon's hacker skillz or whatever. Anyway, I go the repost it, right? Doesn't work. Odd, I think, seeing it's been reposted by someone I follow. Try to send it to my friend, and DMs says it's not available. Commenting tells me it's "Under Review", something I've not seen before. What the hell is this? What's wrong with the moderation all of a sudden, are they nuts? Does this stunt go deeper?
