Broken phone TikTok data recovery

Hello, I have an iPhone 12 that's screen was shattered and was unable to turn on and has been that way for over a year now.

I would really like to recover my TikTok drafts from that phone.

Is there any way to do this without getting the phone fixed? If not, how much may it cost to get it fixed, and how likely is it that the drafts would still be there?
