Under review??

I’m literally in Canada yet somehow I was apart of the ban that happened- and I just tried to post a tiktok on my main (private) account and it says that they have to review it before posting?? I’ve never had this happen to me before idk if it’s cuz of the ban or what :,) but does this affect my account at all?
