All my apps besides tiktok are working fine. Is this happening for anyone else?

With the servers getting switched over, I think it's happening on and off for everyone.
I lost all of my emojiis and hand gestures like ✊️ immediately after saying resist.
I think changes are getting pushed to control the outlash.
