TikTok Suggested Follower Question

I just made a TikTok for my pottery. When allowing the app to see my contacts they suggested a bunch of accounts for me. They suggested a 18-19yr old girl’s account listed under the name of a contact I have in my phone who is 1. A man + 2. In his fifties.

What are the chances this is a fake account the guy is using to catfish? It’s tricky because I am friends with his wife and would need to tell her.
