How is TikTok back if it’s still gone?

The ones who didn't delete it get to still use it, they took it off Google play for now tho

Trump signed a 75 day extension for now via executive order even though technically the app is still supposed to be dark until proof of a buyer/divest then there's one automatic 90 day extension. The ones who already have it downloaded can still technically use it it'll just be buggy and what not but again it isn't supposed to be active.
