Is TikTok's audio messed up for anyone else?

While I'm scrolling through my FYP the audio whenever someone is talking sounds echoey almost like its one of those sound filters but it was every tiktok so I don't think it was. It still feels like normal TikTok to me, but maybe a tad glitchy since it's been reinstated.
