I lost my account after the ban

So I deleted my app after the ban which is fine but on the website I can’t log into? I swear I’m putting in the right password but apparently I’m not and I can’t reset it because it has my old number on it and I tried using my email but it keeps bringing me to the number verification Does anyone know how to fix it?? Or am I cooked
