New Phone Downloading TikTok

Hi! I am getting a new phone and i’m trying to figure out if i will be able to put my sim card on my current phone with tik tok into my new phone without the app offloading. Does anyone know if it will work? Or will it offload on the new phone?

If it's an iPhone, I've seen users not be able to have the app download to the new phone.

If it's an android, you can just download the APK file online and install it that way.
