Annoying Cropping

I know everybody keeps asking about this issue, but it’s literally so annoying. How do you keep carousels from cropping automatically on TikTok?

I post carousels that are edited to 9 x 16, no title, short captions, only two lines and three hashtags and yet it still will not show up full screen. I don’t understand. I never know until it’s too late because when I’m editing it, it shows it full screen with my caption on top, but after I post it, it crops it automatically.
