I mean you can go buy someone's phone who has it installed on there. Price may not be what you want though lol.

You can try opening TikTok.com and logging in on a browser, if your phone won’t do it try a laptop

What kind of device are you using?

(i’ve sent this to quite a few people and it worked for every person)

1. ⁠⁠⁠⁠Change region to Canada in App Store. Use Canadian address generator, phone # generator and set payment method to none.
2. ⁠⁠⁠⁠Download VPN, Connect to Canada.
3. ⁠⁠⁠⁠Open App Store with airplane mode ON and WiFi ON. Search TikTok, turn wifi OFF BEFORE clicking download. Then when it tries to download, enable WiFi back ON.

I was able to go to the actual site, press the 3 buttons(or the apple equivalent) then download app/to home screen. It's not the best. You can't repost or send messages. But you can scroll.
