How to mass block

A few months ago I commented on a small singers official page. Since then I have been INUNDATED with fake accounts, using some variation of the name. Constant follows by new accounts, message requests. It’s annoying. I don’t interact and block each one as they come through.

But is there a way to block any account with some variation of a name?

Unfortunately no. And it also happens if you follow big creators. I literally followed one and got a DM notification minutes later from a fake account of the person who I just followed. So these scammers are watching. It’s absolutely insane. Fuk ban the scammers would be nice.
