After a week of my fyp being weird and not having my usual content, I finally used VPN on tiktok via browser to get fake US IP.
Immediately I received normal old stuff and content from the USA.
This is insane.
I still get worldwide content here in the us....
I’ve seen lots of non-USA people commenting on USA content.
I noticed that my FYP is messed up as well. It’s been non stop ads and old content. I’ve been an avid TT user—it’s definitely not the same.
I’m still getting content from all over no problem
My FYP used to think I was a black lesbian who loved to cook. I haven't seen any black women or otherwise LGBT+ creators on my FYP today.
My fyp is not nearly the same itbwas before. They definitely fucked it up.
