Was this the guy that someone posted about on rednote because those pictures were horrific.

I reported and blocked the account yesterday and today TikTok sent me a notification saying no violations were found. “No violations found: We found that the reported content doesn’t violate our Community Guidelines. We understand that you may not want to see this type of content, and you have the option to block this account.”
