What is going on with TT subscriptions?

I realize that all TT subscriptions were auto cancelled due to not being connected to the US servers… but I was wondering if you can still subscribe through the website (the same way you can buy coins)? Anyone have any updates on how subscriptions are working now? So very appreciated for any info.
