will tiktok refund me if i cancelled before item was shipped?

i almost got scammed, i ordered a walking pad off tiktok and not even 2 hours later i get a SMS from a random number, they say "did u order a treadmill on tiktok" i said yes, they say i have to pay a $30 shipping fee and thats when i knew it was a scam. will tiktok fully refund me? kinda worried because this was $67 dablooms and it says "cancellation cannot be guaranteed" please lessen my worries😂😂😭
