I deleted the app like an idiot. So now I’m seeing most of it from the website. It says that I can’t look through any of the activity I want if I install it. And since I can how can I fully experience it where I can still view my likes and finally have access to my saved ones.

Are you on Android? I've heard many successfully get it back by side loading an APK from a website outside of the play store. I've done it a few times for other things with no problems.
Apple, on the other hand, is a lot trickier because I believe you have to make a new apple account and change the app store's location before you can redownload. But I'm not entirely sure.
