Is it normal to have hundreds of views in the first 2 hours, then nothing?

I’ve started posting on an account that I made 2 years ago but only used for one video. I’ve started posting again (2 posts so far). They each got hundreds of views in the first few hours, then only 1 or 2 every few hours after that. Does this happen for most people?
