Tiktok shop has not been blessing me as of late. Bought this 2 weeks ago no issue but shop and user got taken down day after Tiktok ban and by that time it was already in UPS’s possession. Still haven’t gotten an update on the package yet either.
Same thing happened to me with an order that was being shipped during the TikTok ban. The store disappeared. The package eventually arrived at my house. Most likely it’s coming from china so it gets stopped for a several days at port for customs. Worst case scenario, TikTok actually refunds orders that never get delivered automatically after a certain time frame (that I can’t remember). So you’ll either get your package or a refund.
Well travel for mail is having a hard time. I used a different shopping app but my package was delayed for 2 days.

I ordered 4 books from thrift books. I got 2. The other 2 have been bouncing around the whole freaking US for 2 weeks. It was an hour away then they sent it north where it has already been instead of south to me. 😩 The post office has been horrible lately. My mom sent my daughter a package and it took almost 2 weeks as well.
I had an order delayed at chinas customs. I requested a refund and got it. I was never going to get what I ordered.
If it doesn't come just dispute the transaction with your financial institution. Reg E has you covered.

Check out this post that explains how the shipping process usually works for sites like TikTok Shop, Temu, Shein, etc. Ignore that it says "EC BEST SERVICE" because they all use the same shipping method.

I doubt it's official shop, so I know how you can scamm them, just make a email to Nintendo about it and they will take care of it.
I had this happen with a package from TTS and they ended up refunding me, but the company hadn’t shipped the package yet. If you have tracking info you should get it eventually
